My coaching involves the ability to understand you: to think how you think, and understand your perspective. From this benchmark, I will place another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way. As a certified coach, I can see what you are going through now and what is up ahead. Coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, coming alongside you while helping you achieve goals and overcome limiting paradigms.
I offer two levels of coaching support:
Individual Coaching – one on one private and confidential coaching
When I am working with you one-on-one, it is my highest objective to help you reach your purpose, vision and goals by working through John Maxwell's programs specific to your needs. Together, we will create a strategic, powerful plan for you to gain clarity through a weekly process including, interaction and accountability.
What are you doing to invest in yourself?
What are you doing to invest in others?

Group Coaching – one on one private and confidential coaching
When I am working in a group setting – although it’s not singular in nature – having the entire group’s input in thinking magnifies the richness of the discussions and results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create. The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.

How Coaching Works
Each month, we'll speak together on the phone 3 times. Because coaching is done over the telephone, it doesn't matter where you live or work. In fact, I have clients from Seattle, Philadelphia, Denver, Chicago and New York -- even Canada and the Caribbean!
In each session, we'll focus on one or more areas in your life where you'd like to unlock your potential. I am equipped with tools and assessments to help you discover:
where you want to go
what's blocking you
how to create your future
Just as you commit to a weekly schedule, I commit to getting to know you and giving you personal attention for your specific situation, goals and dreams.
What is the coaching relationship?
Our relationship is a supportive partnership. The relationship between the coach and the client is the key. I am here to support and encourage you to create a plan and remove roadblocks. Together, we help you move successfully towards your goals.
What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?
Coaching is about moving towards your goals and dreams. Coaching is about creating the life and business you want and deserve. We do not focus on healing emotional pain or past emotional trauma as part of coaching, which is the focus of psychotherapy; we assume that you are capable of expressing and handling your emotions. This is not to say that we don't talk about your emotions during coaching sessions…but healing emotional pain is not the primary focus of coaching.
What about homework?
Oh, yes, there's homework! Our weekly telephone conversations are amazingly powerful, but focusing on your goals once a week isn't going to move you forward. Each week you'll pick interim goals and assignments to do during the upcoming week, something that will offer deep insight, motivation, and action towards your goals.
Is there an overall coaching plan?
Our weekly sessions are only part of your customized Coaching Action Plan. You also get worksheets and assessments, homework and reading assignments, and includes unlimited short emails between session appointments. If you have an Win or a Loss you'd like to share, I'm here for you!
What is the commitment required?
Success experts agree: In order for you to create new habits and make lasting change in your life, a commitment of time is necessary. Coaching sessions are booked in 1-month increments. If you're really committed to your dreams, then you'll be committed to investing two months of your time to seriously working towards them.
Is coaching confidential?
As your coach, I will maintain client confidentiality to the full extent allowed by law. I honor the client’s confidence, and do not discuss our coaching sessions with others. Both parties agree to a foundation of honesty, trust and respect, and understand that your ultimate well-being is the central focus of the coaching relationship.
