Dr. Felton retired from the United States Air Force with over 30 years of honorable service culminating in the position of the Command Chief Master Sergeant at Columbus Air Force Base, MS.  As the First African American female to be selected to serve in this position she knew that more would be required of her. She had confidence in her leadership prowess because of a decision she made over 25 years ago to invest in leadership training and coaching.  Now, she has a passion and genuine enthusiasm for helping people achieve their leadership and life ambitions.
